SHIPPING POLICY

Free US shipping. We currently ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery times:

• Cordless Heated Hand Massager: typically 6 to 10 days after processing.
• Cordless Heated Shoulder Wrap: ships from our extended warehouse, typically 2 to 3 weeks.

Tracking: every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

If your order is late: if your package has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we will refund you in full.

Address issues: if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
